GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALE ON INTERNET

It shall be stated that these general terms and conditions of sale only apply to online purchases on the website www.aurillac.net

 

Online sales are open to particular individuals only.

 

FARE AND NUMBER OF TICKETS Tickets fares (face value) are written in euros all taxes inc., and there is no delivery cost. The total number of tickets purchased by a single person must not be over 10 tickets per show. A single person will not place several orders to circumvent this condition.

 

AVAILABILITY Tickets purchases are operated in real time. Our online server informs you about tickets availability at the very moment you place your order. If you wish to change your order, you may go to ‘Your basket’ (Mon panier) tab and erase saved tickets by clicking on ‘erase’ (annuler).

 

PLACEMENT Placement in seats is free and not numbered. Depending on performance spaces/venues, you may be seated or standing up.

 

PAYMENT Only payments by credit/debit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) are accepted to purchase tickets online.

 

REDUCED FARE There is a single fare for every show. We do not offer any reduced rate.

 

DELIVERY We do not offer a shipping service for tickets purchases. Your tickets will be delivered either by email or will be available at the Festival main ticket desk. You may pick them up at least 4 hours before the beginning of the show). After that time, tickets will be put back on sale directly at the performance space/venue.

 

SECURE PAYMENT Our website is secured.

 

PERSONAL DATA Personal data we may collect during your purchase are essential to the management of your order and our business relations. These personal data are also kept for security reasons, to comply with legal and statutory obligations and thus improve and personalize our services and targeted information. In accordance with the French law ‘informatique et libertés’ from 6th January 1978, you have the right to access, modify and delete your personal data. You may freely exercise this right by contacting the Association ECLAT, BP205, 15000 Aurillac and stating your name, surname, address and if possible costumer reference. In accordance with existing regulations, your mail must be signed and contain a copy of your passport or ID with your signature on and specify the address to which we may write you back. We will respond within 2 months upon reception of your request.

 

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER Your ticket purchase will be confirmed only upon reception of a confirmation email stating that the purchase has been successful. Therefore, we invite you to check your inbox.

 

GETTING THE TICKETS At the Festival main ticket desk with an identity document, or self-printed at home through an ordinary printer connected to the Internet.

To be valid, you ticket has to be printed in portrait mode on a A4 paper sheet, blank both sides. There is one ticket per person and per show. Security: self-printed tickets will display a unique barcode. The validity of the ticket will be checked at the entrance with a barcode reader. It is impossible to be admitted several times with the same ticket. Reproduction of tickets is forbidden and will not bring you any benefits. Only the first person to present the valid ticket will be admitted to the performance.

This person is presumed the legitimate ticket holder. It is thus forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit in any way, or to put it at disposal for such ends. Keep your ticket in a safe place. Exclusively use an official sales service to buy your ticket. Never purchase a ticket from an untrusted individual, because it might be a copy. The Association Eclat may refuse the right of admission when several printings, reproductions, copies or imitations of a self-printed ticket are circulating and when the ticket has already been used by a ticket holder to access the performance. The organization is not obliged to check the identity of the person presenting the ticket at the entrance to make sure he/she is the rightful holder nor to check the authenticity of the self-printed ticket insofar we cannot distinguish beyond doubt a valid copy from a fake copy during the ticket control. If the rightful ticket holder is refused admittance, he/she is not entitled to any refund.

 

CANCELLATION, USE, REFUND No right of withdrawal. According to article L 121-20-4 from French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subjected to a right of withdrawal A ticket for a show cannot be refunded even in the event of a loss or a theft, nor returned or exchanged except in case of cancellation and decision from the organization to refund tickets. If the show is cancelled beyond the half of its duration, tickets will not be refunded. In case of a cancellation decided by the Association Eclat, only the original ticket buyer may be entitled to a refund, upon presentation/return of the ticket. If the show is postponed, tickets will not be refunded. If the show is cancelled, tickets will immediately be refunded at the performance space/venue and at the time of the show. No refund will be made after. A ticket cannot be resold at a price superior to the one stated at the back of the ticket. No duplicate will be delivered in the event of a loss or a theft. During ticket control, you may have to show a valid proof of identity corresponding to the name written on the ticket if there is any. Latecomers may be refused admission to the performance without being entitled to a refund.

 

VALIDATION You declare to be aware of and agree with these general terms and condition of sale before placing your order. Your order’s validation equals your acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
