For the duration of the festival, the Ponétie sports ground will be transformed into a reception area.

Open from 12 noon on Monday 18 August to 12 noon on Sunday 23 August.
No booking required. Hire on site. Site closes at 12 noon on Sunday 24 August.

Rates for one person from the date of arrival to the end of the Festival:
› Prices on 18, 19, 20 (midnight) : €27 – Reduced price: €22
› Prices on the 21st : €25 – Reduced price €18
› Prices on the 22th : €20 – Reduced price : €15
› Prices on the 23th : €12 – Reduced price: €8
Reduced rate: students, unemployed, RSA and under 25 – Free for under 10 (on presentation of proof)

› Free return shuttle service to Aurillac town centre from Wednesday 20 to Saturday 23 August, from 10am to 4am (every 15 to 30 minutes)
› Free shuttle from the Ponétie reception area to the SNCF train station on Sunday 24 August from 8.30am to 2pm.

› CEMEA
The CEMEA offers group accommodation during the Festival.
Accommodation is available at the Centre Jean Monnet or the Centre Raymond Cortat.
For the CEMEA, accommodation is a tool for encounters, exchanges and cultural support.

Open from Tuesday 19 August at 2pm to Sunday 23 August at 12pm.
No booking required. Hire on site from 19 to 23 August.
