For the duration of the festival, the Ponétie sports ground will be transformed into a reception area.

Reception and check-in: from Monday, August 17 at 12:00 p.m. to Sunday, August 23 at 12:00 p.m.
No booking required. Hire on site. Site closes on Sunday, August 23 at 12:00 p.m.

Rates for one person from the date of arrival to the end of the Festival:
› Arrivals on August 17, 18, or 19 (before midnight): €33 – Reduced rate: €25
› Arrival on August 20: €28 – Reduced rate: €21
› Arrival on August 21: €22 – Reduced rate: €18
› Arrival on August 22: €13 – Reduced rate: €10
Reduced rate: students, unemployed, RSA and under 25 – Free for under 4 (on presentation of proof)

› Free round-trip shuttle to and from the city centre from Wednesday, August 19 to Saturday, August 22, operating from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. (every 15 to 30 minutes).
› Free shuttle service from the Ponétie reception area to the SNCF railway station on Sunday, August 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

› CEMEA
The CEMEA offers group accommodation during the Festival.
Accommodation is available at the Centre Jean Monnet or the Centre Raymond Cortat.
For the CEMEA, accommodation is a tool for encounters, exchanges and cultural support.

› AIRE D’ACCUEIL DU PONTAIL – SAINT-SIMON (6 km)
Open from Tuesday 18 August at 2pm to Sunday 23 August at 12pm.

Accessible via Bus Line G from Aurillac (Pont Bourbon or Place Saint-Étienne stops), operating from 10:00 a.m. to 1:15 a.m., with departures every 30 minutes.
